MCA works in close coordination with legal counsel, when their services are required, both in Central America and Mexico where our offices are established, and at the situs of our headquarters in New Orleans.Fowler Rodriguez Valdes-Fauli of New Orleans serves as outside General Counsel to MCA, and the law firms designated to act in Central America and Mexico all are members of the Fowler Rodriguez International Group of Independent Law firms.
It is the philosophy of MCA that all claims are handled efficiently and at the lowest level appropriate to the circumstances. Pursuant to this philosophy, it is intended that most claims be resolved solely with the involvement of the local non-lawyer correspondent on the scene. However, in more serious and urgent situations, and with the concurrence of its clients, MCA is able quickly to form part of a coordinated, 3-tiered response involving, as necessary, the designated local legal correspondent or its outside General Counsel in New Orleans.
